Yvonne is very experienced in Carer Support and she has set up a ‘Carer’s support Program’ which offers help and advice by way of practical support, information and signposting to relevant organisations who can offer training programs and ongoing support.
She has understanding and empathy for all carers and all communications with her are strictly confidential.
Yvonne is also a ‘Dementia Friend’ Ambassador.
